Bellevue Chamber of Commerce to Host Career Fair this Week

Bellevue, Neb. – The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce & Community and the Offutt Military & Family
Readiness Center will host a Career Fair & Business Expo at the BPS Lied Activity Center on Thursday,
September 19.

The chamber will partner with local businesses, the Offutt Military & Family Readiness Center at Offutt
Air Force Base, defense contractors and the Department of Labor. The event will be open to high school
seniors from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and to the public from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Half of the BPS Lied Activity Center will be dedicated to businesses and organizations looking to hire
candidates. The other half will host a Business Expo where attendees can learn more about local
businesses, but ones that are not currently hiring. Companies can still participate in the Career Fair or
Business Expo for $150 per table (for Bellevue Chamber of Commerce & Community members) or $175
per table (for non-chamber members).

“We know there is a lot of talent in our city and surrounding metro area. We hope the Career Fair and
Business Expo will be a great opportunity to connect hiring businesses with potential candidates. We
encourage everyone to dust off their resumes and come on down. It could open a new door into a new
