Hello and welcome to The Bellevue Times! Our site has been well over four years in the making, starting with a conversation with a friend regarding how many stories there are to tell in Bellevue. After many more talks with various people throughout the community, it appeared that there was enough demand to move forward. Here are a few features of the site:
A Comprehensive Community Calendar! It’s been a long time coming, but now Bellevue will have its own one-stop-shop to find out about all the events going on across the city. Best of all – you can add your own Bellevue Event to the calendar! Just click the “Add a Bellevue Event” button on the right side of the main page to get started! Bellevue businesses can post their events (Santa appearances, customer appreciation days, etc.) on the dedicated Bellevue Business calendar on our Bellevue Directory page.
The Bellevue Community Directory – The directory contains over 1,000 business, government, education, nonprofit, club, and organization listings! If you don’t see your place listed (or if there is an error in your listing), eMail directory@bellevuetimes.com and it will be taken care of it.
Guest Columns – In addition to our own feature stories, you can look forward to weekly, bi-weekly, and/or monthly columns from Bellevue Mayor Rusty Hike, Chief of Police Ken Clary, The Greater Bellevue Area Chamber of Commerce, Rebecca Zurcher of Erwin’s Jewelers, Shelly Spencer with West Gate Bank – and more to come!
The App! – In early 2022, The Bellevue Times will launch as an App for both iPhone and Android users! All of your local news, the event calendar, and the Bellevue Community Directory will be just a tap away.
