At a July council meeting, the Bellevue City Council approved the rezoning and development of a new mixed-use subdivision northwest of 36th and Cornhusker Road. The new development will sit on approximately 59 acres of what was formerly zoned agricultural land.
Proposed access to the development would be via an extension Tamarac Drive, west of 36th Street. Another entrance would be located near 38th and Cornhusker Road.
