Panel Repair Work to Begin on Platteview Road May 11

Drivers traveling along Platteview Road should expect traffic delays beginning Monday, May 11, as Sarpy County starts a panel repair project along the roadway.

According to county officials, construction will take place in 2-mile sections, beginning near 87th Street in and gradually moving east toward 27th Street in Bellevue.

During active construction, Platteview Road will be reduced to a single lane in work zones. Temporary traffic signals will be used to guide vehicles through most areas, though flaggers may direct traffic at certain locations.

The project is expected to continue through early July. Motorists are encouraged to allow extra travel time and use caution when driving through construction areas.
