Weekly Publication Schedule
Notices should generally be received by 12:00 p.m. Friday for consideration in the upcoming Saturday edition.
Approved legal notices are published in the Bellevue Times according to the confirmed publication schedule.
Earlier deadlines may apply during holiday weeks or when production schedules change.
How the Scheduling Process Works
- Submit the complete notice through the Bellevue Times online submission form.
- Select the requested first-publication date and number of required publications.
- Review the estimated publication charge and choose credit-card payment or invoice billing.
- The Bellevue Times reviews the notice for completeness, formatting, scheduling, and payment status.
- The publication date is final only after confirmation by the Bellevue Times.
Important Scheduling Information
Submitting a notice before the standard deadline does not automatically guarantee publication on the requested date. Scheduling may depend on the completeness of the submission, payment status, required corrections, publication frequency, holiday production schedules, and available processing time.
Notices received after the Friday noon deadline may be scheduled for the following publication date unless other arrangements are confirmed by the Bellevue Times.
