Curl up on a cold winter night with a book from the Library Bookstore!

The bookstore at the Bellevue Public Library is sponsored by the Bellevue Library Foundation and is open 7 days a week.  Book sale hours are Monday-Thursday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 9 a.m.  to 4 p.m., and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m.

The public is invited to come and browse the books, audio books, DVDs, music CDs, and jigsaw puzzles that are available for sale. There are books for all ages at the store and include both paperbacks and hardbacks.

The Bellevue Public Library Bookstore – Open 7 Days a Week

Along with the regular daily sales, the Foundation holds special sales periodically throughout the year. At these sales, purchasers can fill a bag for $5 or pay half price for any item.  Look for information on the library website and social media for the next sale.

The bookstore is available through the efforts of Foundation volunteers and volunteers of the Friends of the Bellevue Public Library. On average bookstore volunteers work more than 60 hours a week.  They shelve, organize, create displays, and sell books and other items donated to the library.  Their efforts truly make the store possible.

Monies from all sales go into the Bellevue Library Foundation.  The Foundation provides funding for equipment, materials, and programs that benefit the library and community.

If you are interested in becoming a bookstore volunteer, ask for an application at the circulation desk.
