Best of Bellevue 2025 Voting Starts Today
Voting for the annual Best of Bellevue, Nebraska event begins today. It marks the eighth year for Best of Bellevue in its current format. The event is coordinated each year by the Bellevue Times.
A couple of new categories have been added in 2025, including Best Hardware Store and Best Pet Daycare.
Some new special awards will also be handed out this year, including the Community Impact Award. This award celebrates businesses that actively contribute to Bellevue’s well-being through charitable work, volunteerism, or support for local initiatives. ALL Bellevue businesses are eligible, and the winning business will receive a special award.
Also new for 2025, two long-standing categories, Best Business and Best Nonprofit, will be slightly changed. The Best Business award recognizes the top 12 Bellevue businesses with the most votes. Starting this year, the business with the most votes will receive a special Bellevue Business of the Year award. Similarly, Best Nonprofit recognizes the top 6 nonprofits receiving votes. Starting this year, the nonprofit with the most votes will receive a special Bellevue Nonprofit of the Year award.
These new awards will be similar to the most prestigious Best of Bellevue award presented each year, the Spirit of Bellevue Award. Each year, two Bellevue businesses or organizations are recognized. One spirit award is known as the ‘People’s Choice Award‘, as it is based on a write-in vote of the people. The other award is known as the ‘Judge’s Award‘, and it is decided by a diverse assortment of individuals who live and/or work in the Bellevue community.
All businesses and nonprofit groups in Bellevue are eligible for the Spirit of Bellevue Award unless they are previous recipients. Past winners include

Participants may vote once per day, per device and, maybe best of all, there is no registration required and people only need to vote in the categories they want to.
Best of Bellevue 2025 voting runs through the end of the month. Winners will be announced in the fall. Voting daily is a great way to help support all of your favorite local businesses.
