City of Bellevue (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Bellevue Entertainment District – Phase 1 Public Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Bellevue Public Works Department office located at 1500 Wall St, Bellevue, NE 68005 until October 30, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time, the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The Project includes the following Work:

Sanitary, storm, and paving improvements for the Bellevue Entertainment District.

A complete set of plans, specifications, contract documents and proposal form MUST be obtained from either: 1) www.questcdn.com for a fee of $22 (nonrefundable). Once logged into the site, insert eBidDoc project number 9888666 (Bellevue, NE Entertainment District – Phase 1 Public Improvements); OR 2) Olsson at 601 P Street, Lincoln, NE for a fee of $80.00 (nonrefundable).

A pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 15, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at the project site, located at the NW corner of 10th Street and Hidden Valley Drive in Bellevue, NE. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders.  The check(s) or bond(s) shall be made payable to the City of Bellevue as security that the bidder(s) to whom the award(s) are made will enter into contract to build the improvements bid upon and furnish the required bonds and insurance. 

The Owner reserves the right to accept any bid which it deems most advantageous to the Owner, and to reject any or all bids submitted and to hold as many bids as it desires for consideration for a period of sixty days after the bids are open.

For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.
