Bellevue East High School Names Principal Beginning 2026-27 School Year
Bellevue, Neb. – Bellevue Public Schools is pleased to announce that Mr. Nathan Bacon will serve as Principal at Bellevue East High School beginning in the 2026-27 school year.
Mr. Bacon is currently an assistant principal at Bellevue East and has been with Bellevue Public Schools since 2012 in both teaching and leadership positions, beginning his time as a special education teacher and then instructional coach.
Mr. Bacon received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and his master’s degree from Wayne State College.
Mr. Bacon will take over for Dr. Jeff Wagner, who is retiring at the end of this school year. The official transition will take place on July 1, 2026.
