UPDATE (11/30/24 at 2:00pm): Martha has been located and safely reunited with her family, according to a statement from the Bellevue Police Department. Thank you to everyone for your help.

The Bellevue Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance with locating seventy-six-year-old (76), Martha Yolanda Soto, of Bellevue. Soto reportedly has dementia and walked away from her residence, located in the 1000 block of Colorado Street, in Bellevue, around 1130 p.m., on November 29th, 2024. Soto was last seen wearing a white hat, maroon jacket, green pants and blue/green croc clogs. She is approximately 5’2” tall, 150 lbs., brown eyes and black/gray hair. Soto can communicate, but not very well, and only speaks Spanish.
