NOTICE OF ORGANIZATION

PEDALS OF PROMISE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pedals of Promise has been organized as a Nebraska nonprofit public benefit corporation under the Nebraska Nonprofit Corporation Act.

The corporation is organized exclusively for charitable and educational purposes, including collecting, repairing, and refurbishing donated bicycles and providing bicycles at no cost to children and teenagers up to 17 years of age.
