Notice is hereby given that Bellevue Community Church of The Christian and Missionary Alliance, a Nebraska nonprofit religious corporation, has adopted Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation.

The amendment was filed with the Nebraska Secretary of State on March 20, 2023, and is effective as of that date. The amendment updates and restates the corporation’s purposes, governance structure, membership and board provisions, relationship to The Christian and Missionary Alliance denomination, property and dissolution provisions, and federal tax-exempt compliance language.
