Notice is hereby given that on the 29th day of September, 2026, a petition was filed in the District Court of Sarpy County, Nebraska, the object and prayer of which is to change a minor child’s name from Camellia Mae Driver to the preferred new name of Camellia Mae Duff.

A hearing will be had on said petition before the Honorable Judge Smith, in courtroom No. 7, 1210 Golden Gate Dr. Suite 3141 Papillion, NE 68046 on the 20th day of October 2026 at 11 AM, or as soon thereafter as will be convenient for the court, and that unless sufficient cause is shown to the contrary, the minor child’s current name will be changed to the preferred new name listed above.
