Have you had an opportunity to access the Bellevue Times Public Record area? We have been listing information of public record for a couple of months now including Bellevue Police Department incident reports, Sarpy County Court sentencings, Bellevue marriages, Bellevue home sales and real estate transfers, and Bellevue Food Pantry current needs list.
We are continuing work on expanding this section, providing more information and even a print copy of the Record that would be available for free at several locations around the community.
Police Reports are updated every 6-7 days. We just changed the format of the police reports so now each update is in an easy-to-read PDF file that you can print or read on your screen. Examples of police incidents we include in our reports are theft, DUIs, suspicious activity, property damage, fraud, death investigations, missing persons, PC/Internet crimes, warrants, noise complaints, animal complaints, disturbances, hit and run, domestic violence, threats, harassment, and assault.
Bellevue real estate transfers and home sales, along with Sarpy County Court sentencings, are updated every two weeks. The home sale report includes all of zip codes 68005, 68123, and 68147, and parts of zip codes 68157 and 68133 where homes in those zip codes are located in Bellevue. Sarpy County Court sentencings only include information on sentences given when the initial arrest took place in Bellevue.
Bellevue marriages and Bellevue Food Pantry needs are each updated once per month.
There are multiple ways to access this information. On your smart phone or mobile device, find the “hamburger menu” near the top of the screen and tap on it. This will be three horizontal lines of equal length all on top of each other (see photo).
Once you have tapped on the hamburger menu, it brings up the Bellevue Times App navigation menu. Simply tap where it says PUBLIC RECORD and that will lead you to the public record section.
Alternatively, you could tap on any part of the public record graphic that is found about halfway down most pages on the App. The following image shows what it looks like.
Once on the Bellevue Public Record page, simply tap on the section you would like information on:
We want this information to be easily accessible for everyone, so if you are having any difficulty finding the Bellevue Public Record page, contact us at admin@bellevuetimes.com and we would be glad to assist you.
