Bellevue University to Host ‘Voices of Vietnam’ Lunch & Learn Event
Bellevue University will host “Voices of Vietnam,” a lunch and learn event on Thursday, March 28, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. on campus at the Hitchcock Humanities Center/Criss Auditorium, 1040 Bruin Blvd., Bellevue, Nebraska 68005.
This event, hosted by the Freeman/Lozier Library in collaboration with the Military Veteran Services Center, offers an opportunity for the community to hear firsthand accounts from veterans who served in the Vietnam War.
The panel will feature veterans from various branches of the United States Military, sharing their experiences and insights from their time in Vietnam. Attendees will have the chance to listen to stories and gain a deeper understanding of the realities faced by those who served during this pivotal period in history.
“We are honored to provide a platform for these men and women to share their stories,” said Jerome Richardson, Military Liaison for the Bellevue University MVSC. “Their accounts offer perspectives on the Vietnam War, and we encourage everyone to attend and show their support.”
The “Voices of Vietnam” event is open to the general public and the Bellevue University community. However, attendees are encouraged to register for the event here.
The session will be available for in-person and online attendees.
