Officer Jess Manning is currently assigned to day shift road patrol at the Bellevue Police Department. She has served in law enforcement for twelve years and is a Bellevue native. Besides working as a patrol officer, Jess teaches mental health classes, assists with teaching at the local Sarpy/Douglas Law Enforcement Academy, and is active on the department’s social media accounts. While Jess likes all aspects of her job, she especially enjoys meeting and interacting with citizens, and building positive community relationships.
