LAC Spring Craft Fair Sells Out 232 Booths for March 14 Event

Shoppers looking for unique handmade goods, seasonal décor and local treats will have plenty to browse when the Lied Activity Center 2026 Spring Craft Fair returns on Saturday, March 14, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The popular annual event will feature about 200 vendors filling 232 booths, and organizers say the show is completely sold out this year.

Admission is $5 for adults ages 18 and over.

This year’s event will include approximately 70 vendors who are new to the show, bringing fresh products and creative ideas for shoppers. Among the newcomers are vendors offering upcycled items, a growing trend that turns reclaimed materials into new and useful products.

Once again, Christina Gesser is the organizer of the event, which has grown over the years to become one of the largest craft fairs in the Omaha-Metro area. Gesser said she is especially excited to see the new inventory vendors will bring this season.

Expanded Vendor Space

One of the biggest changes for 2026 is the addition of 22 new booths located in the batting cages upstairs, allowing the event to accommodate even more vendors.

The expansion reflects the continued popularity of the craft fair among both vendors and shoppers.

Wide Variety of Handmade Goods

Visitors can expect a wide selection of handmade and specialty items, including:

• Baked goods and candy
• Handmade snacks and food items
• Kids toys and clothing
• Sewn, knitted, and crocheted items
• Photography and artwork
• Home décor
• Woodworking and custom signs
• Jewelry
• Pet treats and accessories
• Baby items
• Boutique clothing and accessories
• Glasswork and pottery
• Leather goods
• Bath and body products
• Candles, wax melts, and air fresheners

Gesser talked about the growth of the craft fair and why it has become so popular. “The fair has become popular with shoppers because it offers items that can’t typically be found in big chain stores,” Gesser said. “People love getting to shop local, and there’s a wide price range, so there’s something for everyone.”

Food Vendors and Treats

Several food vendors will also be on site, including:

• Pims Thai
• Lady T’s Gourmet Creations
• La Cabanita Taco Truck
• Tradishish

In addition, attendees will find vendors offering snacks, sweets, baked goods, dirty sodas, and coffee.

Event Tips

Because vendors operate independently, payment methods vary by booth, and there will not be an ATM on site, so attendees are encouraged to plan accordingly.

Gesser said that the craft fair has grown into a family-friendly community event, attracting visitors from across the area each year.

Looking ahead, the possibility of expanding the event to multiple days and even adding shuttle or bus transportation in the future to help address parking limitations has been discussed. For now, shoppers can expect a full day of browsing, food and local craftsmanship at this year’s Spring Craft Fair.
