BELLEVUE, NEB. – Bellevue will once again honor the men and women who have served our country during Nebraska’s Official Veterans Day Parade on Saturday, November 7, at 10 a.m. The Bellevue Chamber of Commerce invites the community to come together to recognize our veterans and show appreciation for their service and sacrifice.
The start of the parade is at Mission Avenue and Jackson Street, near the Kwik Shop and Dairy Queen. From there, the parade will travel straight down Mission Avenue before turning left onto Franklin Street and continuing to Washington Park, where the parade will conclude.
There is still room for additional parade entries! Businesses, organizations, military units, community groups, and individuals are encouraged to participate. Whether you enter a float, vehicle, marching group, military unit or another patriotic entry, this is a great opportunity to show your support for the veterans who have given so much for our country.
Registration is available on the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce website at: https://business.bellevuenebraska.com/events/details/nebraska-s-official-veterans-day-parade-2025-2646
Spectators are also encouraged to line the parade route and join in honoring our nation’s heroes. Mini American flags will be available near the grandstand area for spectators to take and wave along the route, while supplies last.
“Veterans Day is an opportunity for our community to come together and recognize the men and women who have served our country,” said Diane Bruce, President and CEO of the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. “We encourage everyone to come out, wave a flag and help us show our veterans just how much their service means to our community.”
Bellevue is proud to host Nebraska’s Official Veterans Day Parade, continuing a tradition of honoring those who have served in defense of our freedoms. Community participation helps make this annual event a meaningful tribute to veterans of every generation.
Mark your calendar for November 7 at 10 a.m. and join Bellevue in showing our veterans the appreciation they deserve.
