Why is there a minimum publication charge?
Every public notice requires editorial review, scheduling, publication processing, permanent online archiving, and affidavit preparation. Because these services are required regardless of notice length, a minimum publication charge of $25.00 applies. Larger notices are billed according to Nebraska statutory rates.
